Payback to Big Labor's $100+ Million in Campaign Cash

WASHINGTON -- After having spent in excess of $100 million in this November's elections, what does Big Labor want in return? They want the end of secret ballot elections.

The Orwellian named bill - "The Employee Free Choice Act" - ends the requirement that employees have secret ballot elections when deciding whether to unionize. Instead employees will face union pressure tactics to sign public endorsement cards. Called "Card Check" by Washington, the effort to pass the legislation is the AFL-CIO's top priority.
